Celebrating a colleagues work anniversary is an important way to let them know they are valued, and keep a positive workplace. Whether the person is celebrating one year at the company, or 20, anniversaries matter and it is important we recognize them. Here are five fun ideas to help celebrate work anniversaries:
Decorate Their Desk
Decorating their desk is a fun way to say “you’re appreciated and happy ____ anniversary!” Don’t be obnoxious with the decorations (unless they would think that’s funny). Maybe add a group gift card to their favorite store or restaurant as well.
